Brenda Lachance – Business Manager
I have been with Dr. Decoteau's office since 1991. My expertise focuses on helping patients with their financial arrangements and coordinating their insurance coverage. I also assist Dr. Decoteau with new patient exams as well as review treatment plans with parents and patients who are beginning orthodontic treatment. I had the experience of being a patient first and am extremely proud to be part of an office that provides the highest quality of care to every patient.
When not in the office my husband, Bob, and I enjoy spending time with our two cockers, Gracie and Daphne. I also enjoy boating, trips to Maine and spending time with family.
Alissa Urwiller
I started working with Dr. Decoteau in 2001 after I graduated from dental assisting school. My history began much earlier, however, as I was a patient of Dr. Decoteau's at the age of 10. Dr. Decoteau's office has become a second home and family to me throughout the years.
When I am not in the office I enjoy white water rafting, hiking, skiing, gardening and anything that involves the great outdoors.
Midya Collazo
Please call me Mid or Middie. I have enjoyed working with Dr. Decoteau since 1999. I am also a former patient. Our office is always striving for perfection and has implemented many positive changes over the years. I look forward to the future!
I have two lovable cats that I adore. Actually I am an all around animal lover and would love to hear about yours, too! You can also catch me chatting it up about my two favorite sports: hockey and baseball. Go Red Sox! Go Bruins!
Shauna Tibbetts
I could be the first smile you see when you walk through the front door or I could be sitting beside you assisting Dr. Decoteau at your appointment. I started with Dr. Decoteau in 2004. I am a people person and enjoy working with patients and parents alike and I'm always ready to assist you with questions or concerns you may have with any aspect of your orthodontic treatment. I love the relationships we develop with our patients and the privilege we have to see them grow and to be a part of their changing lives.
I grew up in Groton and am pleased to work in a town that I love. I enjoy spending time with my two children, yellow lab, and my husband. We love being outdoors and enjoy camping, hiking, and kayaking.
Tracy Munn
Can you believe I have over 20 years experience in the orthodontic field? I started out in the orthodontic lab then I became an assistant. I have been with Dr. Decoteau since 1998. You can find me chairside assisting Dr. Decoteau or in our lab fabricating retainers and appliances. I love working with Dr. Decoteau and teammates that I consider great friends. It makes for such a great environment to work in every day. It's wonderful to watch our patients grow up right before our eyes and to be part of creating their beautiful smiles that will last a lifetime.
I have a daughter who I love spending time with; she certainly keeps me busy. We both enjoy visiting the ocean and the zoo.
Kim Whitman
I have been assisting Dr. Decoteau since 2001, and in 2004 I took a three year leave to have both my daughter and son. I happily returned in 2007 to work part-time. I enjoy so much of what we accomplish here. The positive atmosphere is amazing! I love to know that we'll forever be a part of your smile, too. I myself had braces with Dr. Decoteau and my brace removal was two days before my wedding day. I love my smile that Dr. Decoteau and the team created and will be forever grateful.
I spend most of my time with my two children, two dogs and my husband. Most recently I've been learning Italian as a second language for when we take our trips to Italy to visit my mother; even my kids are starting to learn Italian, it's so wonderful! Ciao!
Ann Millett
I have been a member of the front office team since 2007. However, recently I have had the opportunity to train in our lab making retainers; it is so much fun. I enjoy seeing the positive change Dr. Decoteau and his assistants make in everyone's smiles! I have also begun orthodontic treatment myself with Dr. Decoteau and can't wait to see my own final result!
I enjoy spending time with my husband, 3 kids and our dog. I am very lucky to have most of my family close by and enjoy spending lots of time together having BBQ's.
Becky Farwell
I have been a certified orthodontic assistant since 1999 and happily joined Dr. Decoteau's team in 2005. One of my favorite features in the office is the digital imaging and radiology. It is amazing to have such clarity develop before your eyes instantly; technology is incredible.
My husband and I are really into winter sports. Most recently my son got his first snowmobile; he is loving it. I also enjoy gardening, volunteering at my son's school, and our pets.
